Terms and Conditions

Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions:

- There are no refunds on website audit booking fees

- You may cancel your services within 5 days of signing your contract and purchasing services for a full refund. After the 5 days, there are no refunds.

- You may cancel your contract at any time for any reason (see above refund policy)

- Services must be paid for based on the contracted agreement

K.O.I marketing may cancel services with a client for any reason including, but not limited to:

- unlawful behavior of the client

- client being aggressive towards Kayla or staff

- If our core values do not align

- client is hard to (or impossible) to contact or get information from in order to accomplish work successfully.

- payments are missed

Clients understand that organic marketing is SLOW and can take up to FOUR (4) months to see any results.
